RIPCO Real Estate is a commercial real estate leasing and sales agency based in New York.
As a production designer, my duties included photo manipulation and rough composites, creating various printed material, map design and WordPress and eBlast management.

SITE INFO & SITE TOUR BOOKS
Site Tour Books and their respective Site Infos were used to quickly translate important real estate information amongst the brokers and their colleagues.
Site Tour Books, including custom maps, were made as per request for specific clients touring around New York City.
NEIGHBORHOOD MAPPING
Custom maps were made as individual projects or to be printed and included within Site Tour Books. The maps followed a similar template as a base, but the key and its related information were to be updated each project.
Key icons were also custom made to help bring the viewer’s eye in the right direction.
Maps in Site Infos and Exclusive Flyers contained the neighborhood retailers of the respective site listing. These retailer maps offer more information at a granular level.
PHOTO COMPOSITES
Rough photo composite images were made as per broker’s request to quickly translate potential tenants for landlords and their spaces.
